Nicholas Evans, currently a Teaching Fellow at the University of Hull, previously taught or researched at the universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, and in Dublin. His research focuses on medieval Insular written sources (The Present and the Past in Medieval Irish Chronicles, 2010), and their social and political significance.
