Annual Operating Plan 2022-23

Operating plan for the financial year 2022-23 which covers what we seek to achieve in the financial year through our outcomes based KPIs.

This AOP for 2022-23 sets our priorities to support recovery from Covid-19 and delivery of activities for public benefit. The AOP build from the revised Corporate Plan through outcomes guided KPI and their individual success criteria.
