Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) Initial Screening Draft

The partial BRIA for the development of the new Historic Environment Strategy for Scotland is being published for comment alongside the strategy draft.

The purpose of a Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) is to help assess the likely costs, benefits and risks of any proposed primary or secondary legalisation, voluntary regulation, codes of practice, guidance, or policy changes that may have an impact on the public, private or third sector.
