Ingram Centre, Kilmarnock

Adapting a vacant key town centre building into an innovative business centre.

This case study illustrates the use and adaption of the Ingram Enterprise Centre, the latest in a series of 25 buildings in Kilmarnock’s town centre to undergo a comprehensive programme of restoration and refurbishment through the Kilmarnock Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme (CARS) and the Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI).
